O.P.T. 1000/CFI is synergistic cold flow improver designed to maximize a fuels cold weather performance while extending the protection for extended equipment shutdown periods. Complementing this proprietary winter chemistry is an aviation grade water control mechanism to minimize icing and moisture contamination inherent in middle distillates and biodiesel blends.
Application
O.P.T. 1000/CFI is a unique formulation providing excellent winter performance with a wide range of diesel fuels, even challenging hard to treat high wax fuels and contains a combination of advanced cold flow polymers and a wax anti-settling agent to improve low temperature operability. O.P.T. 1000 CFI also includes a robust percentage of a jet fuel deicing compound to maximize protection by water contamination.
To maximize OPT 1000/CFI performance, fuel must be at a minimum of 10F above the fuel's cloud point at the time of blending.
